This item is $4.50/LB, the estimated final price is between $1,535 and $1,674 for the F1 with the final weights being in between 341 and 372 pounds. The F2 at $5.00/LB will be in between $1,705 and $1,860. Once final weight is determined, the final price with be released, and you will be charged that final price minus the deposit. You will receive a receipt of all charges and deposits.
You can expect around 90 pounds of ground beef, a few hearty roasts, premium steaks, an assortment of other steaks like Flat Iron, Denver, and Ranch steaks, short ribs, and meats for stews.
It takes 30 months to raise our wagyu cattle from birth to finish, therefore bulk beef is not an on demand product. Additionally, being a small operation, only a few superior animals are kept for this program. We encourage you to reserve your steer in advance, as it is a first-come, first-serve basis.
Once order is received, we will reach out to you to give you your cut sheet instructions and arrange pick-up/delivery. (Delivery $50 extra). Bulk orders orders cannot be shipped.
